Join San Francisco Swim's coaches as they teach you the strategies for a successful race from Alcatraz to St. Francis Beach. During the morning clinc, participants will jump from a boat at the same starting point as race day. Capacity to clinics are limited.

🏃‍♀️Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon Community Shakeout Run & Panel Discussion

Friday, May 30, from 6-8 PM at Sports Basement Presidio

Partners from Golden Gate Tri Club, Bay Area Run Club, the Professional Triathletes Organisation, and Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon will band together at Sports Basement Presidio for a relaxed 5k group run, followed by a panel discussion on triathlon and San Francisco's legacy course.
