🏊San Francisco Swim Clinics
Join San Francisco Swim's coaches as they teach you the strategies for a successful race from Alcatraz to St. Francis Beach. During the morning clinic, participants will jump from a boat at the same starting point as race day. Capacity to clinics are limited.
🏃♀️The Sokin Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon Community Shakeout Run & Panel Discussion
Friday, June 5, from 6-8 PM at Sports Basement Presidio
Partners from Golden Gate Tri Club,SF Swim, and The Sokin Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon will band together at Sports Basement Presidio for a relaxed 5k group run, followed by a panel discussion on triathlon and San Francisco's legacy course.

Fitness Festival
Located at the finish line of The Sokin Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, the Fitness Festival & Expo will take place on Saturday and Sunday at the Marina Green.
This event is free and will include vendor booths, a food court, beer garden, and experiential displays all designed to entertain the 15,000 spectators who annually congregate on San Francisco's Marina Green to participate in the event.
