If you are receiving the error message, "your credentials could not be validated" when trying to log in to your Haku account, reset your Haku password and try logging back in to claim.
- If you are having trouble locating your USA Triathlon Membership, ensure the name on your registration exactly matches your USA Triathlon membership details, including full legal name, middle names, and any accents or special characters.
