Paula Findlay

Paula was born and raised in Edmonton, Canada, and started triathlon at age 16. In 2010, Paula became the first Canadian triathlete to win a World Championship Series event on the Hyde Park course in London, England. She then matched that performance and was the only female athlete to win back-to-back in 2010 when she hopped onto the top step of the podium at the next race in Kitzbuhel, Austria. The Edmontonian carried her success into the 2011 season where she won the first three World Championship Series races of the season -- Sydney, Madrid & Kitzbuhel. At age 21 and she was ranked No. 1 in the world. She competed at the 2012 Olympics for Canada. After years of struggling with injury, she is working her way back up to her previous form, and looks forward to mixing in some non-draft races along with ITU in 2017.
